Why is the air-tight zipper difficult to open?
If the air-tight zipper is difficult to open after compression, please open the one-way valve and move the silicone gasket slightly to let air flow in the bag for 5-10 seconds (do not pull the silicone gasket by force). Pull on the clasp with other hand to create a counterforce when opening the zipper.
